7. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location.

• The Fashion Farm is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to failed deliveries.

8. Cancellation Policy

• You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t already been dispatched.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• The Fashion Farm reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspicious transactions, or errors in pricing.

9. Return & Replacement Policy

• We do not offer refunds. Only replacements are accepted under specific conditions.

• A replacement may be requested in the case of:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Size mismatch (if the wrong size was sent)

Replacement Terms:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags

• Photo/video evidence of the issue must be shared for review

• Upon approval, a replacement will be processed and shipped
