Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed on thefashionfarm.in, we begin processing it immediately.
Standard Processing Time:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).Made-to-Order or Limited Stock Products:
Certain items may require additional preparation time, depending on fabric availability or size customization. In such cases, estimated dispatch time will be mentioned on the product page or communicated via email/WhatsApp.You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is placed, and another once it is shipped.
2. Shipping Timeline
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:
Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 working days
Remote Areas: 7–10 working days
Note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier service capacity, weather, strikes, or government regulations.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted and reputed courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post, depending on your location and pin code.
Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
You can check your shipment status anytime using the link provided.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.
4. Shipping Charges
We believe in transparency, and we clearly display shipping charges at checkout:
Free Shipping: On orders above a minimum cart value (displayed on our website).
Standard Shipping Rates: ₹50–₹100 may apply on orders below the free shipping threshold, depending on delivery location.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently not available. All orders must be prepaid via UPI, Razorpay, or other secure online options.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure to enter your complete and correct shipping address at checkout, including pin code, flat/building number, and contact details.
If an order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability, re-shipping will only be done at the customer’s expense.
We will contact you before reshipping, and delivery will proceed once confirmation is received.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we try to deliver all orders within the promised timeline, the following factors may sometimes cause delays:
Weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, etc.)
Unforeseen logistics issues or courier partner delays
Local lockdowns or government restrictions
Incorrect delivery information
We will do our best to keep you informed in case of any delay. Our customer support team is available to help with tracking and status updates at all times.
7. Delivery Areas
We currently ship all over India. If you are from a remote or unserviceable pin code, our team will contact you after order placement to suggest alternatives or offer a refund if delivery is not feasible.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete once our courier partner marks the package as “Delivered.”
If you have not received your order but it’s marked as delivered, please report this to us within 48 hours, and we’ll investigate with the courier partner.
9. Packaging & Sustainability
Each order is carefully packed in tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging to reduce waste and protect your garments during transit. Our goal is to ensure that your outfit arrives in perfect condition, ready to wear.
