🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy – The Fashion Farm

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product purchased through The Fashion Farm via our website www.thefashionfarm.in. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


📦 Order Cancellations

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted if:

  • The order has already been processed or packed

  • The shipping label has been generated

  • The parcel is already out for delivery

If the order is out for delivery and you no longer wish to receive it, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep. Please note that such cases will not be eligible for refunds or reorders unless the product is found to be damaged or defective.


No Refunds Policy

At The Fashion Farm, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered (if correct size was sent)

  • Delay in delivery due to courier or weather conditions

  • Color variation due to screen/display differences

We encourage customers to read product details and check the size chart before placing orders.


🔁 Replacement Policy

We will replace products only if they are:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect items or sizes sent

To request a replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product

  • replacement or exchange will be delivered with in 5 to 10 business days
  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue with our support team

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Once verified by our team, we will approve and dispatch a free replacement. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a different product of equal value.


🧾 Products with Manufacturer Warranties

For any products that come with a manufacturer warranty, issues must be directed to the respective manufacturer. The Fashion Farm will not be responsible for post-sale warranty issues in such cases.


Refunds (If Approved in Exception Cases)

In extremely rare cases, if The Fashion Farm approves a refund (e.g., for duplicate payment or non-deliverable pin code):

  • The amount will be Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are processed only after internal verification and written approval
